Northvale Roofing LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates northvaleroofing.com and associated services. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how Texas residents can exercise their rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA, Tex. Bus. & Com. Code ch. 541).

  • Contact info you give us — name, phone, email, address, and any notes you add on forms or texts.
  • Call + text metadata — via CallRail, we log call timestamps, duration, source, and may record calls with notice.
  • Website usage — GA4 + server-side GTM track page views, form interactions, and UTM parameters.
  • Marketing identifiers — cookies like _ga, _fbp, and our own nv_utm first-party localStorage key.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inspection / estimate request and follow up by phone, text, and email.
  • To attribute marketing spend to leads (Google Ads, Meta, organic, referral).
  • To document jobs we complete and hand a copy to you + your insurance carrier if applicable.
  • To send transactional updates (appointment confirmations, job schedule, closeout).

Your Texas privacy rights

  • The right to confirm whether we process your personal data.
  • The right to access a copy.
  • The right to correct inaccuracies.
  • The right to delete data we collected from you.
  • The right to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or profiling for decisions with legal effect.

Sharing

We share data with: HighLevel (CRM), CallRail (call tracking), Google (Ads + Analytics), Meta (advertising), Vercel (hosting), and insurance partners you authorize us to coordinate with. We do not sell your data. We do not share with data brokers.

Retention

Lead + customer records: 7 years (Texas statute of limitations for contract + TDPSA compliance). Analytics identifiers: up to 26 months (GA4 default). You can request earlier deletion per the rights above.

Changes

We update this policy as we add tools. Material changes are date-stamped above.
