Door-to-door and storm-response solicitation
We do not door-knock. If someone claiming to represent Northvale Roofing knocks your door uninvited, they aren't us — please tell us at hello@northvaleroofing.com. Under Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 27.02, any residential roof repair contract signed at your home after an insurable weather event can be rescinded within 3 days.
We are not a public adjuster
Under Tex. Ins. Code §§ 4102 and 701, "public adjuster" is a regulated role. We are a licensed-where-required roofing contractor. We can document loss and provide Xactimate-aligned scopes; we can't negotiate your claim on your behalf. If you need that, hire a separately-licensed public adjuster.
