What our claim support looks like
- Pre-claim inspection — before you open a claim, we'll tell you honestly if there's enough damage to justify it. A denied claim is worse than no claim.
- Documentation packet — forty+ photos, hail/wind indicators, and a written scope of loss.
- Adjuster meet — we show up on-site when the adjuster visits. You don't have to be there.
- Supplemental items — if the adjuster's scope misses code-required items (new decking, ice-and-water, drip edge), we document and the carrier pays the supplement. This is normal.
- Install + close — once the insurance scope is agreed, we install and deliver the final documentation packet for your file.
What we won't do
- We are not a public adjuster — that's a separately-licensed role under Tex. Ins. Code § 4102. We're your contractor.
- We will not negotiate your claim on your behalf in a way that crosses into PA territory. We document; you (or a licensed PA you hire separately) negotiate.
- We will not waive or absorb your deductible. Insurance fraud, criminal exposure for both of us.
Carriers we work with regularly
State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, Progressive, Nationwide, Travelers, Chubb, Texas Farm Bureau, and most TDI-regulated carriers. Each has its own Xactimate preferences — we know them.
