Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Northvale Roofing LLC's liability arising from Site use is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Services-contract liability is governed by the signed contract itself.
Governing law
Texas. Any dispute arising from Site use is venued in Montgomery or Harris County, Texas.
